LLC may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including availability of any feature. You have no rights to the proprietary software and materials related to the Site except as expressly provided. 2. Site Operation
   The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Unity Partners Management Co. LLC controls this Site from within the U.A.E. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the U.A.E., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Materials from this Site may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.A.E. laws.
   
   
3. Governing Law
   These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts in the U.A.E.
   
   
4. Multi-Currency Transactions
   The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as the amount charged to your card and shown on your transaction receipt.
   
   
5. Purchases and Payments
   Unity Partners Management Co. LLC accepts Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED. All online purchases are also subject to the terms of the respective payment provider. All payments made for products or services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This applies regardless of whether documentation is submitted, or if government authorities reject the application. Refunds (if applicable) will only be made to the original payment method.
   
   
6. OFAC Sanctioned Countries
   Unity Partners Management Co. LLC will not provide services to individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries or those identified under OFAC programs.
   
   
7. Eligibility and User Representations
